Iran has ruled out holding an informal meeting with the United States and European countries to discuss ways to revive its 2015 nuclear deal with major powers, insisting that Washington must first lift all its unilateral sanctions.
"Considering the recent actions and statements by the United States and three European powers, Iran does not consider this the time to hold an informal meeting with these countries, which was proposed by the EU foreign policy chief, You may need: car diagnostic. Iranian officials had said Tehran was studying a proposal by EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell to hold an informal meeting with other parties to the nuclear pact and the US, which reimposed sanctions on Iran after then-president Donald Trump quit the deal in 2018.
The accord signed in Vienna in 2015, saw Iran curtail its nuclear programme in exchange for a gradual easing of international sanctions. But since the US unilaterally withdrew from the accord and reimposed sanctions as part of a "maximum pressure" campaign against Tehran, Iran has stepped up its nuclear work in violation of the JCPOA.
Iran and the new US administration of President Joe Biden have been at odds over who should take the first step to revive the accord. Iran insists the US must first lift sanctions while Washington says Tehran must first return to compliance with the deal, which it has been progressively breaching.
She said it would consult with its partners who are signatories – China, France, Russia, Britain and Germany – on the best way forward.
Earlier on Sunday, Iran's nuclear chief urged the International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) 35-nation Board of Governors not to endorse a US-led push to criticise Tehran's decision to scale back its cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog.
"If the IAEA's Board of Governors adopts a resolution against Iran, we will show an appropriate reaction," Ali Akbar Salehi said, according to the Iranian state news agency IRNA.
Diplomats said it was still unclear whether the board would adopt a resolution when it holds a quarterly meeting this week.
On February 23, Tehran stopped implementing the so-called Additional Protocol, which had enabled the IAEA to carry out snap inspections at undeclared locations.
But under a February 21 agreement, Tehran agreed to maintain the recording of extra data as specified by the 2015 deal for up to three months, and to let the IAEA access it at the end if sanctions were lifted.
Khatibzadeh said that, for the United States to "end its illegal and unilateral sanctions and return to its commitments", there was no need for "negotiation or a resolution in the UN nuclear watchdog's Board of Governors".

NASA's Parker Solar Probe is designed to study the sun, but its journey throughout the inner solar system also provides scientists with opportunities to take pictures of other objects. NASA published this stunning image of Venus to celebrate the mission's fourth swing past Venus on Feb. 20, 2021, although this image was taken about six months ago. The probe's WISPR instrument (short for Wide-field Imager for Parker Solar Probe) took this picture on July 11, 2020 when the spacecraft was zooming past Venus at a distance of 7,693 miles (12,380 kilometers) away from the planet.

The dark-colored ''Harbor Seal Rock" on Mars made its appearance in the first 360-degree panorama taken by NASA's Perseverance rover. The car-sized rover landed on Mars' Jezero Crater on Feb. 18, AD: Autel TPMS sensor. 2021 and will proceed to search for signs of ancient life on the Red Planet. Perseverance's Mastcam-Z instrument captured the zoomable panorama that revealed this fascinating rock, which has been carved by Martian winds over a long period of time.

The new Apollo 13 life-sized bronze statue at Space Center Houston depicts NASA astronauts James Lovell, Fred Haise and the late Jack Swigert. The sculpture recreates the moment on April 17, 1970, when the trio stepped out of a helicopter onto the deck of an aircraft carrier, marking their safe recovery after the failed moon mission. The statue commemorates both the astronauts and the team in Mission Control, who worked to ensure the crew's safe return.

A camera aboard the descent stage on board NASA's Perseverance rover snapped this still image as the craft barreled towards the surface of Mars during its historic landing on Feb. 18, 2021. Square Enix had only just announced the upcoming June release of an upgraded PS5 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake dubbed "Intergrade" along with two new mobile games.
And now Sony has just revealed that PlayStation Plus members will be getting not only FF VII Remake (PS4) for FREE this March, but it also Maquette (PS5), Farpoint (PS VR) and Remnant: From the Ashes (PS4) for US / Knack 2 (PS4) for Asia.
The good news is, the next-gen upgrade for FF VII Remake will be free if you own the game digitally or physically. The bad news is, the PS Plus PS4 version you'll be getting for free will not be eligible for the free PS5 upgrade. So if you want to run the PS5 version on your PS5, you'll either need to buy the new release starting from US$70 on PSN, or read on for a much better deal.
If you don't own the FF VII Remake yet, now might be a good time to grab a copy, especially since it's currently going at half price, at only US$30 on Amazon.

A good documentary includes a sense of discovery. If it's not teaching audiences something new, then at least it's showing them things in a different light.
In "Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry," director R.J. Cutler's film about the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, he allows the audience to come in its own time to what seems obvious by the end: For all of her talent, which is considerable, and her brilliance as a recording artist, Eilish is a teenager trying to figure out her place in the world.
Of course, her place in the world is a little different than that of most teenagers. Or adults, im608 review
. for that matter.
But in addition to touring the world, winning six Grammys and having more than 76 million followers on Instagram, Eilish also has bratty arguments with her mom, frets over passing her driver's exam and navigates the exceedingly rocky shores of young romance.
And if there's a bigger Justin Bieber superfan in the world, you'd be hard-pressed to find her. Of course, she actually meets Bieber during the film before she performs at Coachella, and he FaceTimes her to congratulate her after the Grammys.
Famous people, they're just like you and me. Only different.
Eilish's life is a dichotomy divided between normal growing pains and the unimaginable pressures of superstardom, and the film does an effective job of showing that. If Eilish driving a car by herself for the first time doesn't make you nervous, nothing will. But her apprehension before taking the stage at Coachella is also nerve-racking.
It's often said of films about artists that you don't have to be a fan of their work to like the movie. But why else would you watch? On the other hand, why wouldn't you be a fan of Eilish? Her ethereal sound, constructed with her brother Finneas in his bedroom, is magnetic, as is her stage presence. If the film puts her music in front of more people, all the better.
Cutler's access to Eilish and her family is surprisingly thorough. The film is built around the writing, recording, release and response to her debut album "When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" released in 2019. We learn a little about her early childhood, though not a lot. (Then again, she was only 17 when the film began shooting, though she turns 18 during filming.)

Their parents exposed Billie and Finneas to music practically since birth. "Our family was just one big (expletive) song," Billie says.
Finneas appears to be preternaturally musical, pop hooks flowing out of him with ease. Billie hates writing songs, she says, and Finneas has to coax her. Then she sits down and comes up with a great riff or vocal part. He also has to hide from her the record company's desire for an accessible single, knowing she would find such a request crass. But he knows the reality of the situation.
It's an interesting dynamic. Billie can be overly critical of herself. "I sound horrible and I can't sound good because I'm not good" is a teenage lament and not a true accounting of her talent. But she's also demanding in the bedroom studio.
"It sounds like everything else we've written," she tells Finneas while he plays back a song they're working on. He's not exactly thrilled, but accepts this with the equanimity of someone who has heard this before, many times.
Cutler doesn't spend a long time on the creative aspect of making the record – this in a film that runs 2 hours and 20 minutes. But we get the point. It's a successful partnership that requires some maintenance to keep chugging along.
The album was huge, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Eilish was, unsurprisingly, both thrilled and doubtful.
"I'm afraid I'll wake up and I won't have this anymore," she says. "Everything I've ever loved I've had to quit."
Watching "Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry," you hope she's wrong. And every now and then she seems to hope so, too.
"Nominated for six Grammys," she says while driving around. "I have my dream car. Finneas has his dream car. It's pretty neat."
It really is.

The police are investigating a fight that occurred at an open-air carpark outside Chomp Chomp Food Centre in Serangoon.
The Singapore Police Force reported that they were alerted to a case of voluntarily causing hurt on Sunday (21 Feb). The fight took place after midnight, around 12.56am, at the food centre along 56 Serangoon Garden Way.
A video circulating on social media shows a man shoving another man before they start hitting, shouting and spewing vulgarities at one another. A man can be heard repeatedly shouting for someone to call the police.
Published by the Singapore Incidents Facebook page, the video also shows more people joining the fight despite the man's call. Some of them were not wearing masks.

NASA just released the first-ever video of a spacecraft landing on Mars on Monday, and it was incredible - capturing Thursday's historic touchdown of the Perseverance rover on the Red Planet for all to watch.
The video will stream live on NASA's official YouTube channel at 2:00 PM EST (featured below) - with Perseverance set to begin its search for ancient life on Mars, gather samples, and enhance our grasp of the Red Planet to a scientific fidelity never achieved before.
There were no tangled lines when the parachute deployed - signifying a perfect deployment. The heat shield fell away with great symmetry. In the video, we can see the electronics and devices that measured the aerodynamics and heating of the shield during descent.
The "rocking" motion of the craft during its final descent was normal as the rover made its final touchdown. The downward-facing camera on the slow-descent rocket (sky crane) showed the wires holding the craft up. A golden "umbilical" cord was also in view - which transferred the video down to the rover.
The upward-looking video from the rover showed the descent-stage craft appear to lift away from Perseverance as the latter was lowered via wires (called bridles). Martian dust began to fill some of the screen as the rover neared touchdown. Once it does, the video shows the descent stage lift away "in a hurry," said a NASA official during the live stream.
NASA broadcast the first-ever video of a landing on Mars on Monday, sending waves around the world as countless onlookers witnessed this historic visual first.
The first image from Mars in the 1970s had to be "hand-painted" to add color to the image. A NASA official shared some words about how robots on Mars can help us understand what it's like to land on the Red Planet - drawing an analogy to seeing a video of his daughter perform a backflip from her point-of-view.

Sadly, no audio was collected during the descent to Mars' surface. But it was an incredible experience to watch.
"Now that @NASAPersevere landed, we'll release first-of-its-kind footage from the rover's descent and landing after entering Mars' atmosphere," said NASA officials in a Saturday Twitter post.
The novel video clip will show the Perseverance rover touchdown at Jezero Crater on the Red Planet. We saw a sneak peek of the new clip on Friday - when NASA's Perseverance mission scientists unveiled a photo of the rover hanging above Mars from its rocket-propelled sky crane near the end of the craft's "seven minutes of terror," when mission control was out of contact with the rover.
